Much like the four sacred directions of the medicine wheel symbolize the interconnected aspects of life, a holistic approach recognizes the intricate relationship between physical health, mental well-being, emotional balance, and spiritual evolution.
By integrating indigenous wisdom with the precision of modern functional medicine and the science of epigenetics, it is my intention to create a new paradigm for healing.
